How to Inform a Coworker's Spouse She Is Cheating on Him
At work, if you get to know that your colleague is cheating on his spouse, you probably feel like interfering in their family matters. Infidelity is something which some people cannot tolerate. It gets a big difficult when its your coworker's spouse. So what’s the best way to inform a coworker's spouse she is cheating.
Still and all, sometimes it is better not to "mind your own business." You have to think about how you would feel in this situation. The first step in deciding how to inform a coworker's spouse she is cheating on him is to think about your relationship with your coworker and with her spouse. Specifically, you need to consider whether you know them both well enough to talk about so intensely personal.
What if you it happened to you? Would you just keep quite? Would you wish someone had told you earlier about this and stop all the damaged that has been caused. You have to put yourself in their position too and then think again before keeping quite.
Of course, you should never say anything unless you are absolutely convinced that something is going on. You may know things about this woman that her husband does not. You shouldn't say anything, however, unless you have absolute proof that infidelity is happening.
One option would be talking to the coworker herself. If you explain to her what you know, you could encourage her to tell her partner herself. This way, it will prevent you from going behind her back to let her spouse know about the affair. Additionally, you can make her realize that you are probably not the only person who knows about the affair and encourage her to talk to her husband before someone else does.
If this does not work and you decide to talk to her husband, proceed with caution. This is a delicate situation. You need to be respectful. You should ask to see him and speak to him privately. There is no cause to embarrass him in public. You want to be as kind and gentle as possible. You also want to make sure that he knows you are only trying to be helpful.

IRS question?
If the IRS sends you a letter saying that you need to sign your tax return form, but you've already completed, signed, sent your form, and recieved your money several months earlier, why do you need to complete and sign the same form again?
I once had them send that same request to a client of mine in the same situation. They had lost the tax return.
If you sign it, then it becomes an official return and they might later try to say you were late in filing it and hit you with penalties. I would send them an unsigned copy of your return for the year in question with "COPY" stamped or written in red on the signature line, along with a letter explaining you have already filed but you are including a copy for their records as a courtesy.
Be sure to keep a copy of all their correspondence and your replies because they may contact you again on the issue. Each time write them a letter back responding to the latest notice and include a copy of everything sent before (including their previous notices and all your correspondence, proof, etc.). After you have done that about 3 times and it becomes a book, usually someone there finally takes a look at it and the problem will go away.
