Making Coffee Using A Coffee Brewer
See: making coffee. It isn't that hard to make a cup of java. The person can just get some hot water, put this into a cup, put a teaspoon of the contents, stir and then serve. But those who want it brewed and want to skip everything can get it done much quicker by having a machine in the home.
There are different versions around and this depends on the features and the price of the appliance. Homes don't need the fancy stuff but cafes that serve this all day long have to get the kind that can make hot or cold to serve the customers.
Those who will use this at home can choose either plastic or the stainless steel. The size chosen will determine the number of cups it can produce before water has to be replenished. Some java machines have a shatterproof glass carafe while others don't.
The very expensive ones have a timers and frothing systems but those who don't need this can just settle for the regular kind that has a warming plate at the bottom and a filter.
Before choosing which one to buy, the customer should check out the different brands in the appliance store. The prices of these appliances should not be that far apart so the best thing to do will be to stick to a trusted brand.
It is advisable to check if the coffee machine has a warranty so there won't be any problems returning it or having it repaired should this breakdown.
If this is going to be used for the office, perhaps everyone in the department can chip in a few bucks. After all, everyone will be getting a cup at some point during the day.
Proper care must be given to the machine in order for this to last for a few years. The person should clean this after each use by washing the carafe, throwing the filter and replacing this with a new one.
The coffee drinkers should only use fresh ground coffee for the machine. This will ensure that it is always of good quality for everyone to drink. This should be replaced with a new one every 10 days because its taste will change due to its exposure to the air.
One way to save on it is by only putting in how much can be consumed for the day or the week. Throwing away the excess is like burning money since this could be used for other expenses.

Recipe for bread or any type of bread for a bread machine maker or not for a bread machine?
I promised a woman who I visted today that she has stage four breast Cancer that I would make her something bread like, either rolls or Cinnamon rolls. But the main problem is that she has allergies aside from having Cancer and she cannot have milk or eggs. All the recipes I have call for milk or eggs. Is there something out there sans milk or eggs that I can make. I am even willing to make banana bread as long as it doesn't have either of these ingredients in it. Please note, I don't have any milk substitute such as Rice or Soy milk available. What do I do?
I know milk allergies are different from lactose intolerance, but did she say that even milk, once it's been cooked, irritates her allergies?
I don't know how you'll be able to make bread without rice, almond or soy milk, though. Here's a vegan website with some bread recipes, but I think most if not all will call for soy milk. http://www.vegan-food.net/category/bread/
Here's some articles from About.com on milk and egg substitutions in baking.

Silken tofu is mentioned on the egg subs one, and the cool thing about tofu, as opposed to using applesauce or bananas or something, is that doesn't have much of a flavor of its own, but rather picks up the flavors it's mixed with, which makes it really convenient to work with. It will be kind of dense, though. Just remember, if you end up altering a recipe, taste it before you let anyone else have some, because it's hard to tell how things will turn out.

Stradivarius violin recreated from CAT scan, 'sounds amazingly similar' (Engadget)
We've seen all kinds of crazy things being printed -- from bones to blood
vessels -- and now you can add antique violins to that list. Music loving
Radiologist Steven Sirr popped his into a CAT scanner to see what it was made
of, then showed the results to a violin-making friend. Curiosity soon led them
to scan everything from guitars to mandolins, so when the chance to take a
peek inside a 307-year-old Stradivarius came up, how could they resist? 1000
scans later, the files were converted to 3D CAD format and another violin
maker enlisted. Crucially, the images show the density of the wood all the way
through, allowing a CNC machine to carve out copies of each section, with
different woods used to match the differing densities. With all the parts in
place and a lick of varnish, the replicas were complete. Sirr claims the
copies sound "amazingly similar" to the original, but we are unsure if he
plans to make it open-source.
