Energy Drinks And Food Bars - Deciphering The Truth
Don't look at just the packaging of food bars and energy drinks without really knowing what's inside the flashy package. Even if you are using an energy drink to stay awake or food bars to supplement a missed meal it's important for you to know what it is that you are consuming. Keep reading for some important information on factors your need to consider regarding these energy drinks and food bars. Maybe you've read about the concern energy drinks have been putting into the public eye. There have even been some highly publicized cases of young athletes dying from their consumption of these beverages. Many of these energy drinks are safe for the average person although someone with heart problems is a different story all together given the high levels of caffeine in them they should be avoided by the afflicted person. Increased heart rate, nervousness, irritability among other things can be caused by the over consumption of these energy drinks even for the healthiest person. A person with chronic conditions should be certain to consult a physician before drinking any energy drink.
Using a meal or energy bar as a meal substitute is a popular practice for many who are dieting. The sugar and artificial ingredients in these bars are not always good for you although they may contain less calories than an average meals. You're also not getting essential fibers and healthy fats when you eat too many food bars instead of meals. Food bars can of course be a great snack especially if combined with healthy eating habits or as part of a meal but they should not replace regular meals on a regular basis. Don't be deceived by these bars that may be nothing more than a candy bar with a dieters delight name.
If you're on the lookout for a nutritious energy drink that has a restrained amount of caffeine and doesn't contain artificial ingredients, why not drink green or black tea? As well as having a lower amount of caffeine than coffee or energy drinks, tea is packed with antioxidants and is a calmer way to maintain your alertness. You can devour tea when it's hot or cold, but pay attention to high levels of sugar when you purchase bottled iced tea in a store. Even coffee, when you don't add too much milk or sweetener, is healthier than most energy drinks. The most ideal option for drinking coffee is black and darker roasts, with a preference for organic because they are higher in antioxidants and normally lower in caffeine. Coffee and tea are energy drinks where you are least know what it is you are drinking.
Food and energy bars may have some benefits if used properly but you really need to consider each of them separately as some are more beneficial than others. Not everyone has the same reaction to caffeine and other stimulants, so you also have to pay attention to how something makes you feel. Read every ingredient and understand what you are eating. ok, he put a 2 gallon ice tea in the freezer knowing that it wont fit, and anyone who opens it, the ice tea is bound to fall out. so of course, i was looking for somthing to eat, so i open the freezer. the ice tea falls out and busts, and spills everywhere. he says its my fault, and that i shouldnt have opened the door. does that make any sense at all? now he is just whinning and complaing and wont stop. help me?
how is he gonna tell you that you shouldnt have opend the freezer? ummm ok? hes just mad because he shoved the iced tea in there knowing it wouldnt fit...hell get over it just stay out of his way for now...
