I live in arkansas and there is a bennigan's in hot springs, it opened about a year or year and a half ago. I dined there 3 weeks ago.
Here's a basic recipe. I checked the Bennigan's site. Aren't they out of business? When they upgrade, they probably added Jose Cuervo tequila, and maybe Grand Marnier in place of triple sec. Personally, I enjoy Cazadores agave tequila and Grand Marner.
1 cup of ice
1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz lime juice
3 oz sour mix
lime wedge for garnish
salt for rimming glass (optional)
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a blender.
