Ought an individual agree to take a field breath test?
The majority of, if not all patrol cars possess field breath testing instruments to carry out a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT). These are equipment that an officer could use to evaluate an individual's blood alcohol content on the location. The PBT test is usually utilized together with the field sobriety test. Using the PBT, irrespective of whether you are able to "hold your liquor" and think you are not drunk, you need to comprehend that the system calculates your blood alcohol content and not your level of visible impairment. Should your blood alcohol content is over.08%, the law holds that you are per-se legally drunk. When someone consents to execute the PBT and the results reveal that your blood alcohol content is lower than the illegal range, the police officer will not have sufficient probable cause to arrest you.
Declining to conduct the PBT isn't a crime all alone. Nonetheless, declining to do the PBT will provide the police officer probable cause for a person's arrest. In addition, the PBT result cannot be used as evidence against a person. Primarily the recognized evidentiary chemical substance examination; the screening that utilizes either the air (from an Intoxilyzer 5000), or a blood or urine sample provided by the motorist that is considered proof.

Why can we air beer commercials on TV but not commercials for cigarettes?
It seems like a bit of a double standard to me. In my opinion, beer ads target teenagers as well (catchy, funny). Any GOOD reasons as to why they should show beer and not cigarette/tobacco ads?
Everyone will try beer/alochol at least once in their life but not everyone will try cigs. Why corrupt teens lungs by showing those ads. At least we know they've seen their dad with a beer before..not a big deal. Also, cigarattes are addictive, beer isnt..
LeGarrette Blount's running hypes up Tampa Bay Buccaneers (St. Petersburg Times)
**By Rick Stroud, Times Staff Writer**
Thursday, November 24, 2011
TAMPA -- After he had knocked down everything wearing green and gold on the
field during a determined 54-yard touchdown run Sunday, LeGarrette Blount set
his sights on the Packers faithful standing a few feet away from the end zone.
The Bucs running back raced to the retaining wall before pumping the brakes.
Instead of doing the Lambeau Leap, he aborted his takeoff and flipped the
football in the direction of the seats before watching it fall harmlessly to
the turf.
"I wasn't about to jump in the crowd," Blount said. "I was going to fake it
the whole time. There's no telling what would've come out with me. I probably
would've had beer on me and everything."
Blount routinely hurdles defenders in the open field in a single bound. And
though he didn't get much air after his highlight-reel touchdown, coach Raheem
Morris knows the second-year player from Oregon can reach newer heights.
"The sky can be the limit," Morris said.
If there is one reason for the Bucs to be optimistic they can end the four-
game losing streak and turn their season around starting ...
